ANZ moves to implement Scaled Agile

Shayne Elliott has announced that ANZ will start work on introducing the Scaled Agile work process methodology across ANZ.

The implementation of Scaled Agile in early 2018 will radically shift  how you work at ANZ.

Expect changes to management structures, pay and reward, and the training you will need to perform your role.

Scaled Agile will be rolled out across ANZ Australia, but will not impact the branch network, corporate and commercial banking, and contact centres.

Your colleagues are calling for improvements to the culture at ANZ: fair targets and appraisals; better training; more development opportunities.
