HBF Enterprise Agreement 2017 FSU Employee Survey Results
With the EA negotiations soon to commence, the union surveyed employees to find what issues matter most to you.  The survey results will be the basis of the Log Claims that will be tabled by FSU at the commencement of negotiations.

Survey results are in, with no surprises!

In addition, there was a strong message that the annual leave approval process needs improvement. Employees would like more certainty outlined within the new agreement to help improve access to this entitlement. The process must be more transparent.

Concerns were also expressed that current EA benefits might be reduced or even removed, ie Income Protection, discounts on HBF products etc.

With an uncertain employment market and concerns regarding job security, strong feedback was received seeking strengthening of the Redundancy, Redeployment and Retrenchment clause.

NEXT STEPS

The FSU HBF Consultative Committee will meet shortly to endorse the Claim ready for the commencement of negotiations with HBF.

The time for fence-sitting is over...

The best EA outcomes are achieved by employees participating in the process.  If you have work mates who are not yet in the union it is time for them to join.  Non members suffer too if unions are not strong and active.  Joining is easy to do on-line at www.fsunion.org.au
