RACQ Enterprise Agreement Negotiations
We need to hear your thoughts now!
Print  |  Email

Further negotiations were held last week to work towards your new Enterprise Agreement.

Your FSU Negotiating Team was disappointed with the lack of progress made on the claim put forward on behalf of union members to ensure you maintain and improve on your current working conditions.

Of particular concern is RACQ’s claim which includes watering down or in some cases removing current provisions from your Agreement, including those around retrenchment payments and paid parental leave.

Your Workplace Rep or Organiser will be in touch over the next week to take you through the current changes proposed by RACQ and an update on their response to your claim. It is important that you show RACQ that you are serious about improving your conditions which includes protecting your current conditions.

What can I do?

Talk today to your colleagues about the importance of being a union member and standing together to make sure that RACQ is a great place to work. Sign the petition to assist your negotiators with proof you are not going to accept an inferior offer which waters down or takes away your current entitlements.
