AAMI Newcastle - Has your workload increased?
Several FSU members have reported that they have had their workloads increased without consultation following a restructure.

Members have told the FSU that Claims Officers  are now required to also perform the duties of Client Services Managers who have been made redundant.

The Suncorp Group Enterprise Agreement 2015 requires the employer to consult with relevant employees on any major workplace change and that the relevant employees would be given reasonable opportunity to express their views about the proposed changes.

Members have also reported that they are feeling stressed due to the increase in their workloads to the extent that they have had to take sick leave.

Under the Enterprise Agreement, Suncorp has an obligation to provide a safe and healthy work environment.

If you have had your workload increased without consultation email nikhil.singh@fsunion.org.au

The FSU will be holding a meeting in Newcastle to discuss this ongoing issue. The meeting will be open to all impacted employees. For Futher details email nikhil.singh@fsunion.org.au
